Preorder Policy

We’re so grateful when families preorder with us — it allows us to print our books with care and bring new stories to life.

How Preorders Work

  • Preorders are charged at checkout.
  • You’ll receive email updates as your book moves through printing and shipping.
  • Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page, and we do our very best to stay on schedule.
  • If printing or shipping delays occur, we’ll let you know right away.
  • Prices are subject to change, but preorders will always be charged at the amount displayed at checkout.


Order Cancellations

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email us at faithfulchapters@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing it.

After that, your order may already be processing or on its way.

 

Replacement & Lost Package Policy

We want every book that arrives in your home to feel special and ready to be loved. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your book arrives damaged or with a printing issue, email us within 3 days of delivery at faithfulchapters@gmail.com.
  • Include a photo so we can understand the issue.
  • We’ll send a free replacement as soon as possible.

 

Incorrect Items

  • If we accidentally send the wrong item, let us know, and we’ll send the correct book right away.

 

Lost Packages

  • While we are not liable for packages once they are with the carrier, we will gladly work with you to resolve lost shipments.
  • If a package is confirmed lost, we may provide a replacement at our discretion.

 

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be returned in original condition, including packaging, to be eligible for a refund or replacement (unless damaged during shipping).

 

Refund Policy

We handle all refund requests individually to ensure fairness. Approval is not guaranteed, but we review each case carefully.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Full refund or replacement if the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Must provide photos and proof of purchase within 3 days.

2. Incorrect Orders

  • Full refund or replacement if the wrong item was sent.
  • Must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

3. Change of Mind

  • May be considered if the item is unused, in original condition, and returned within 3 days.
  • Original shipping costs may not be refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Partial refunds or store credit may be considered for rare or unforeseen situations.

 

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at faithfulchapters@gmail.com with your order details and reason.
  2. Provide any requested evidence.
  3. We’ll review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

Each request is reviewed individually. We reserve the right to deny a refund if it doesn’t meet policy criteria. Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

 

Shipping Policy

  • We ship using trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times are listed on the product page.
  • While we are not liable for delays once items are with the carrier, we will work with you to address any issues, including lost shipments, per our replacement policy.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

 

Limitation of Liability

  • Faithful Chapters is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the purchase or use of our products.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify our policies at any time. Customers are responsible for reviewing the most current version before making a purchase.
