About Us
Helping Little Hearts Grow in Faith
We created Faithful Chapters because we wanted our children to build their own love for the scriptures and their own testimonies of Jesus Christ from a young age.
We know how powerful the scriptures can be in our lives, but we also know that scripture language can sometimes feel difficult for little ones to understand. Young children learn through simple stories, pictures, and repetition—and we wanted to create a resource that helps families make scripture study easier and more meaningful.
Faithful Chapters was created to help parents share Book of Mormon stories with their children in a way they can understand, enjoy, and remember.
Created by Moms Who Want the Same Thing You Do🤍

Hi! We’re the Kofford girls — just four moms and a nana who love teaching little hearts about Jesus. Between playdates, adventures outside, and family game nights, we’ve found so much joy in sharing stories that help children feel the light of Christ. Our hope is that these short stories, about the Book of Mormon, make it easier for your little ones to learn, grow, and feel His love in your home.
We Believe Little Hearts Can Learn Big Truths
Children don’t have to wait until they’re older to begin learning about Jesus Christ and the scriptures.
Small moments—reading a story before bed, talking about a gospel principle, or finding Faith the Mouse together—can become meaningful moments of connection and faith.
Our hope is that Faithful Chapters helps families create those moments in their homes.
Meet the illustrator!
Hi there! I'm Abby - a first-time momma who loves my family, my faith, and anything chocolate. I was born and raised in Virginia where I learned to love the outdoors and good hiking trails. Art has always been a passion of mine and illustrating children's books is a dream come true. My little one lights up when we read together, and those sweet moments inspire me to keep creating art that shares the joy of the gospel. I’m so excited to share a bit of my faith and testimony with you!
